At last, a monitor that instantly alerts parents if their toddler wanders out of range.
Keeping an eye on adventurous toddlers just got a lot easier with the new Boardbug™ Baby and Child Monitor. The Boardbug™ is the world's first toddler monitor that alerts parents instantly if their children wander out of range. Gives added peace of mind for parents and more freedom for children.
The Boardbug™ also helps you take care of your baby with temperature and sound monitoring.
Boardbug™ comes in two parts, one for the parent and one for the child. Completely portable and easy to use, the funky parent unit works as an ordinary digital watch that can either be worn around the wrist or on a belt, or popped out from the strap and carried in a pocket or handbag. Likewise, the child unit can be worn on the wrist or attached to a belt-loop, baby buggy or carried in a child's pocket. If your child takes it off or it becomes detached, an alert will sound on your parent unit. Requires 2 Panasonic CR3032 batteries. KEY FEATURES: Child Monitor Mode Range Monitor: 3 x safety ranges: near (2-5m), mid (8-10), far (15-20m). Parent unit will receive an instant alert if the child moves out of this pre-set ‘safety range' or any combination of the three. Panic Button: Parent unit can remotely activate an audible alert on the child unit to help locate the child. Child unit can remotely activate an alert on the parent unit to make parent aware there is a problem. Anti Tamper: Instantly alerts the parent unit if the child unit is removed from the child's wrist. Baby Monitor Mode Sound-Level Monitor: Parent unit continuously monitors the sound level in your baby's room and a sound-level indicator lets you know if there is any activity. If your baby cries, you will receive an alert to the parent unit. Room Temperature Monitor: Parent unit continuously displays the temperature in your baby's room. An alert can be set to go off if the temperature moves out of set thresholds (15-24°C as per SIDS room temperature guidelines). Feeder Timer: You can set the parent unit to remind you of your baby's feeding times, eg. every 4 hours, which is handy for those late night blurry eyed, alarm clock changes.
